Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. This is an opportunity for the SEC to demonstrate that they are working in support of retail investors. The prior approval of a BTC futures ETF sends the signal that the SEC is in the pocket of institutional trading firms (aka banks). Please right this wrong by approving a Bitcoin Sport ETF.
