Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. There are many reasons why I support this conversion here are a few of the most important to me: It would uplist from OTCQX to the New York Stock Exchange. The ETF would more efficiently track the price of Bitcoin, effectively eliminating premiums and discounts. Grayscale would reduce management fees for GBTC. Sincerely, Charles Davidson
