Hi, I've been in the Bitcoin space for over 5 years. If there is one thing that makes it difficult for investors to access this innovative technology, it is the lack of a spot ETF. Investors deserve this option. As I am sure you are aware, the current options to invest in Bitcoin through retirement accounts and custodians that are known and trusted is scarce. Options like Grayscale Bitcoin Trust served as great avenues in the early days of Bitcoin before the legitimacy that we see today existed. But now, they are a less favorable option as there is the risk of discount to net asset value and the management fees are significant. This discount has grown to 27% (as of today). This is not investor protection. I want nothing to do with the riskier, and less rewarding Bitcoin futures ETF. Please allow for spot Bitcoin ETFs. Thanks for your time, Ryan White, CPA
