Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I want to include my support of the approval of a bitcoin ETF converted from a GBTC trust. Multiple other countries including Canada have approved a bitcoin spot ETF and we are being left behind. Investment into bitcoin is possible but we are required to move money overseas or trust the exchanges. Grayscale is a far more trustworthy company for this investment.
