Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Please allow GBTC to convert to an Exchange Traded Fund It will dramatically lower the fees charged to the shareholders. I think that is certainly in the best interests of the clients. If fees are lower it will likely have the same effect that stock ETFs have had since their introduction. Which means better prices for investors and a healthier market for everyone.
