Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I have a large percentage of my retirement account invested in the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust and during the past year I have seen the discount of GBTC relative to the price of bitcoin continue to grow. This discount is the result of the SEC now allowing GBTC to be converted to a Spot Bitcoin ETF. My retirement savings have been put at risk and have experienced volatility that exceeds that of spot bitcoin. How are you protecting the average investor like myself?
