To the S.E.C., I am a shareholder of GreyScale Bitcoin fund and I am in full support of approving the Form 19b-4 to convert the fund to an ETF fund. By approving this conversion you are decreasing the public's risk, and reducing the fees we must pay. This conversion would also allow us to sell our shares at NAV market value. There are many assets, far riskier than Bitcoin ETF, that are currently traded on the U.S. Public Market. Thank you for your consideration, Mohammad Mazooji
