Dear SEC, I’m writing to support converting the Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) to an ETF. I work for USW Local 12-591 and have been in the workforce for roughly 20 years. I have a 401k, an IRA and a Roth IRA and currently cannot hold GBTC in all of my accounts due to plan rules and regulations around GBTC being a pink sheet holding. Please change that for me. I watched Gary Gensler give an amazing presentation on Bitcoin. I know he understands that Bitcoin is unique in comparison to “crypto” and for that reason I am hopeful he will approve the conversion.
