Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I think U.S investors deserve the opportunity to invest in BTC just like a regular stock. A true Bitcoin ETF would,not only accomplish this but put us on par with other countries who ready have are thriving. Sincerely, James Harrison
