Dear SEC, Im writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the worlds largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. My wife and I have invested a substantial portion of our retirement account into gbtc after the futures ETF was approved. It's not clear to us why you would reject the GBTC spot etf (after approving the futures etf) but we're hoping you will approve it. A spot ETF will eliminate any discount or premium to NAV and provide better investment vehicle for Americans. Sincerely, Philip Stewart
