Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Living in CA, I am used to seeing the benefits of technological innovation all the time. I do not want this state, and the USA as a whole, to get left behind, as other countries are already approving spot Bitcoin ETFs. Sincerely, Kevin Blessum
