Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Mr. Gensler preaches investor protections, yet my investment in GBTC is at a > 20% discount to the spot price, please protect me by making GBTC an ETF and allowing my GBTC holdings to be valued efficiently by the market.
