Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I find it hard to believe this has not happened yet. You approved an etf based on futures but not spot. Really seems backwards to me. Help me understand how’s that’s better and safer for the average investor. Investors in the US are still one of the few places that don’t have spot access, again how? We should be leading not following. Please approve this sooner not later. Sincerely, Robert Wade
