Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I'm a new yorker and I think it's important to have access to a spot based ETF as it's more closely tied to the asset that I want to own, and would be a more efficient instrument in terms of fees and volatility from the underlying.
