Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe strongly in the future of bitcoin and currently there are not any direct ways to utilize my retirement savings to invest in this novel technology. With the recent passage of many bitcoin futures ETFs it only makes sense to allow ETFs on commodity they are based on. Please allow retail investors like myself to have the ability to further invest in the financial products they believe in. Sincerely, Jason
