Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symb: GBTC), the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the USA. As an investor and an MIT educated engineer I believe strongly in the future of BTC and GBTC gives me an easy and convenient way to invest a portion of my IRA in Bitcoin which is not possible to do y purchasing Bitcoin directly.
