Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a resident of the state of California. I truly believe the SEC should allow GBTC to be converted to a spot Bitcoin ETF. Other countries have done it and by doing so SEC and us (the investors) will have better governance and clarity which are critical in my view. Sincerely, Ron Czerny
