Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. My wife and I have invested regularly in GBTC in our Roth IRA with Charles Schwab Brokerage. I am a retired businessman age 67 and my wife is semi-retired Hairdresser age 71. We have been investing in crypto for 5 years and thanks to this exciting new asset class we are able to enjoy security in our retirement years. We are residents of Kentucky where our State lawmakers shamefully stopped Defi platforms like Celcius and Blockfi to stop paying a yield on crypto assets. It is regrettable that citizens must be deprived of these financial tools that are available in other parts of the world. Please allow Grayscale to migrate to a spot ETF.
