Dear SEC, I'm writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), and other USA applications for Spot Bitcoin ETFs in the United States. The SEC is looking incompetent as to the length of time approving current applications, and denying the applications in the past. Europe and Canada have them, others as well. Regulatory oversight is one thing, but what the SEC is doing now is preventing what the public wants in the USA that people already have in orher countries. It's time. And while you're at it, drop that ridiculous Ripple lawsuit. You never gave them adequate legal notice. Everyone who is paying attention knows it. Why do you continue? Sincerely, Kevin Cass
