Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I'm a holding of the GBTC and live in Minnesota. I would like to have the SEC approve the the conversion to an ETF. Both Canada and Europe have this products but the US doesn't. The futures bitcion ETF isn't for retail investor. I'm worried about other countries having an advantage over the US if a Bitcoin ETF is approved. Sincerely, Chris Siver
