Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Clearly it is only a matter of time before this will happen. The United States is world renowned for its levelheaded policymaking and checks and balances to protect its people. But it is clearly time to allow bitcoin to move forward as many other developed countries have done. Don't let the United States fall behind on innovation and leadership.
