Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Many other countries have approved a spot ETF. It’s time for the US to approve a spot! Bitcoin is an amazing store of value. I reside in California. Sincerely, Patrick Fennie
