To the SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC) to a spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. A futures based ETF imposes high and well understood costs on retail investors. A spot ETF would serve retail clients far better and allow for greater equality of access. Sincerely Joel Gantcher
