As a retail investor, we need a better instrument to invest in to BTC in our retirement accounts. Most of us have a majority of our liquid money in retirement accounts and dont have a great way to invest in bitcoin today. The products available dont track close enough to NAV and also retail investors would rather invest in a product like this than self custody or go through a Centralized Exchange like Coinbase.
