Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe Bitcoin is going to be a vital part of our economic system and I want the ability to invest in it through my roth-ira. Having said that, the fund that I am investing in is a backed fund that should be equal to its value, currently you are doing investors wrong by making it more difficult to get an accurate value for this fund.
