Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. As a resident of Virginia, I have had the pleasure of watching the mainstream adoption of the internet take place over the last 30 years. I believe that cryptocurrency is about to experience a similar path. It is imperative that the SEC be part of the solution to help mainstream investors gain access to investments like the Spot Bitcoin ETF. Don't let the United States fall behind further in the adopting such an investment option.
