Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Carlsbad, California, and I'd like a Spot Bitcoin ETF so that I can get exposure to Bitcoin in my IRA accounts. Futures ETFs are not sufficient, and it is wrong to deny Americans the ability to decide what they want to invest in. Sincerely, David Wilson
