Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Bitcoin is here to stay and people need a safe, clear path to investment. Greyscale is leading the charge in this regard and a spot ETF is more than overdue at this point. As an Iowa resident I would love to be able to invest in Spot BTC without having to rely on any sort of crypto exchange. Let's do it. Sincerely, Ian Smith
