Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Baton Rouge, La and I’ve been investing in GBTC for over the past 18 months inside my Roth IRA. I believe strongly in investing for my family’s future. GBTC is a part of my portfolio and I believe that it would be strongly beneficial to convert it to an ETF. As I watch other countries start having SPOT Bitcoin ETF”s. I try and figure out why we are lagging behind. To me it is embarrassing that Fidelity (an American investment company) has to launch its first SPOT Bitcoin ETF outside of the USA. Please don’t allow our great country to be a laggard instead of a leader. GBTC is a clear choice for the 1st SPOT Bitcoin ETF for the USA ����. Please help us to continue to be a leader!!!!!
