Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I believe it’s important for investors to be able to invest in Bitcoin custodied by a trusted fund manager. I want to invest a small portion of my portfolio in Bitcoin, but don’t feel entirely comfortable managing the private keys and other security issues myself.
