Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. How’s it going? I would love to keep some of my wealth in bitcoin using a custodian. GBTC is the obvious choice for that but it’s tough because GBTC doesn’t perfectly track the price of bitcoin like it would if it were a spot bitcoin ETF. This would make a safe and legit way for regular people like me to keep some portion of wealth in bitcoin and I think it’s about time, given many, many other countries have stepped past us already.
