Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I think it will help America keep up with other countries. It would provide regular investors with the ability to diversify some capital into this new asset class of 'digital assets' or 'digital property' without having to use the more expensive and less reliable futures ETF.
