Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I was a holder of GBTC and know first hand the lessons of holding a non-convertible derivative. The US should embrace cryptos and lead the world in their adoption, the US stable coin as a means of exchange and BTC as a store of value for the world.
