Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Please give Americans access to a spot Bitcoin ETF. I currently reside in Chicago, IL and have many friends/coworkers who would like to invest in Bitcoin via a spot ETF and you’re the ones who can make that happen. Please don’t let us down.
