Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC) to a Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am a California resident and owner of shares in the Trust. The best way for the SEC to protect consumers is to approve this conversion. It will mean lower fees for investors and access to a well regulated and secure way to invest in bitcoin without the technical difficulties of owning bitcoin directly, and at no discount or premium to underlying asset value.
