Dear SEC, I’m writing from the Netherlands to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Futures is extremely risky while a spot would give us direct exposure to the asset. I would invest from Europe, but only if it turns into spot. Let’s bring the US to the top in the crypto race.
