Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I hold ~3/4 of a Bitcoin in GBTC in my Roth IRA and it’s currently trading at the equivalent of 0.58 Bitcoin. This is not good for me. If you want to help a taxpayer like myself, convert GBTC to an ETF that the GBTC I hold trades at the level of Bitcoin it holds. Sincerely, Vince Benitez
