Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Retail investors are already investing in Bitcoin, and need a safe and transparent way to do so within their brokerage accounts. I believe that approving the conversion of GBTC to aSpot Bitcoin ETF would provide investors in the safest, most transparent method of purchasing Bitcoin in their brokerage accounts.
