American investors should have the ability to hold a spot ETF in their retirement and trading accounts. I am requesting that Grayscale’s application to convert GBTC to a spot bitcoin ETF be accepted. Authorizing a futures ETF and not a spot ETF is a great disservice to us retail investors.
