Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is long overdue to approve a BTC spot ETF and give the citizens of this country the ability to invest directly into an ETF product which could be better used to hedge retirement accounts and provide access to the only intrinsically scarce asset in the world. I live in New York State and feel especially segregated from the crypto world as many products are not approved for NY state including many exchanges and trading platforms. So the approval of a GBTC spot ETF would give NY state residents a safe avenue for gaining exposure to the sector, thank you Frank
