Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I own GBTC and it saddens me see that it is trading at a serious discount at the moment. I would like to see this get resolved with the approval of the Grayscale Spot Bitcoin ETF.
