Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Hi, i reside in California. GBTC should be turned into a spot Bitcoin ETF URGENTLY! There is no reason we should leave this only to other countries such as Canada. The US is lagging behind in terms of investment path for Bitcoin, which is critical for future innovation. In the meantime this is hurting all GBTC and Bitcoin investors, for totally unjustifiable reasons, especially after the future based ETF Sincerely, Olivier Mercier
