Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is pretty obvious that the only reason why a Bitcoin ETF was not issued is due to political pressures foreign and abroad. Volatility is not an excuse. All stocks, especially in the current market are extremely volatile and Bitcoin is becoming less and less volatile as it becomes a larger asset class. As other countries speak into adopt a Bitcoin standard, the United States is being left behind. Please protect our liberties and our nation by accepting a Bitcoin ETF. Sincerely, Gershon Fiedler
