Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. A futures ETF does not give me, an every day investor, the opportunity to a fair price as decided by the open market. A spot ETF levels the playing field. This would allow me to better diversify my retirement portfolio. Grayscale has been a trusted company for years offering a solution when others couldn't. While they shouldn't be the only company to have a spot ETF for BTC, they should be one of the first considering their expertise. Sincerely, Joseph Hartman
