Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. US citizens deserve a chance to buy spot BTC within the more traditional financial system they're familiar with. I know several groups, myself included, that have an appetite for spot BTC exposure via "traditional" investing instruments such as GBTC. Given that a futures ETF was already approved, a spot ETF should also be approved so that all US investors have the opportunity to a choose whatever kind of BTC exposure they desire.
