Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. Futures doesn’t do anything for retail and converting GBTC to a spot ETF is the right thing to do for the consumer. Additionally money is going offshore to other ETFs such as in Canada.
