Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to a Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. This is deeply saddening that a spot ETF for BTC or ETH has not been already created. The world is changing and America needs crypto friendly structures to keep America competitive and thriving. The technology is too good and cannot be stopped. Do not waste any more time. So frustrated at the incompetence and blockheadedness of the people currently in the SEC. Sincerely, Bob R
