Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. It is in investors best interests to have a simple, secure, and regulated way to invest in spot bitcoin. It also makes issues like taxes owed, custody, inheritance, etc much simpler. Many other countries already have btc etfs. America should be leading the world in digital assets and a spot etf is a huge milestone. The current product is tracking Mac and is hurting investors as it isn’t tracking the underlying asset. James
