Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I am an individual investor who chose Greyscale for the added security it offers compared to buying Bitcoin independently on websites like Coinbase. However, this security has come at a steep price with GBTC trading at a significant discount to underlying asset value. Please allow me to realize the fair market value of my investment by allowing GBTC to convert to an ETF so it can be traded freely. Sincerely, Derek Goldberg
