Dear SEC, I’m writing to support the conversion of Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (Symbol: GBTC), currently the world’s largest Bitcoin fund, to the first Spot Bitcoin ETF in the United States. I live in Mississippi, and having a BTC ETF available would really help me and my family as an easy way to buy Bitcoin in our existing retirement accounts, with lower fees and more predictable pricing. I would love to contribute more BTC to a tax smart way for my family, but it's harder to do without a BTC ETF. GBTC is the largest Bitcoin fund, and I trust them to manage by BTC and a BTC ETF.
